The Rental Process

  • Firstly, welcome to Brass & Barrel! We are thrilled to help you express your unique charm through your event!

  • Browse through our collections and our photos to make a wish list of the items that have peaked your eye

  • Send us your list along with your event date so we can check availability

  • Once availability is confirmed, you complete your reservation with a 25% nonrefundable deposit. The remaining 75% is due at pick up

  • Your reservation includes minimum 3 days to allow for pick up and drop off of your items at our location. We usually can be quite flexible with allowing extra time if needed.

  • We do have limited delivery available, please message us to inquire if we can arrange that for you

  • There is a 50% damage deposit that is also due at pick-up, this will be returned to you when everything is brought back in near baseline condition. We are forgiving of minor wear & tear, that’s to be expected.
